Mandala
The word Mandala derives from Sanskrit and means “Circle”. According to tradition it represents a means to reach a higher degree of awareness for the human being.
Mandalas are commonly used as an aid to meditation and as anti-stress therapy. Each mandala is different and unique. When you look at a mandala you receive a new energy capable of reflecting our psyche and giving expression to something unique that is still latent within each of us.
